Chef Michael Hillyer started with Schwartz Brothers Restaurants in July of 1996 as Chef at Benjamin's on Lake Union and then went on to become the opening Chef at Daniel's Broiler on Lake Union in September of 1999. Mike then moved over to become Executive Chef at Daniel's Broiler Bellevue Place, supervising kitchen operations at one of the top 100 grossing independent restaurants in the United States.
Daniel's Broiler continues to garner accolades from both local and national media as a great steakhouse.
