Seattle Home Show visitors are having fun seeing all the latest in outdoor living, courtesy of exhibitor Aqua Quip.  This leading Northwest company has not one, but two separate areas devoted to outdoor living and recreation at this year’s Show.  In the West Hall of CenturyLink Field Event Center, show goers are enjoying themselves while they stroll through Aqua Quip’s display of all the latest in hot tubs (including one with a built-in Bluetooth stereo).  In the East Hall, there’s an exciting exhibit of barbeques, outdoor kitchens and grills, including the popular Big Green Egg ceramic cooker.  Make sure you stop by today and let Aqua Quip outfit your outdoor space.

The Big Green Egg

Question: How does a big green egg fit in at Seattle Home Show 2? Answer: when it’s the popular outdoor grill and smoker that happens to go by the same name.

The Big Green Egg (which gets its title from its uncanny resemblance to a big green egg) is one of the many new products for outdoor living and entertaining being featured at Seattle Home Show 2. Being showcased by Aqua Quip, The Big Green Egg also includes a whole line of accessories, including salt and pepper shakers in the shape of big green eggs.

In addition to outdoor living, Aqua Quip is also showcasing products for inside the home to make them more enjoyable and comfortable during the longer fall and winter months ahead.  Among the products Aqua Quip is featuring at Seattle Home Show 2 are a selection of wood burning stoves and fireplace inserts, including models that feature blowers (the mechanism that helps distribute heat from the inserts throughout the house) that can operate even during power outages.

COUNTDOWN CONTINUES TO OPENING DAY OF SEATTLE HOME SHOW 2

It’s less than two days and counting until the opening of the 2011 edition of Seattle Home Show 2  and the pace is brisk as exhibitors work to complete construction of their displays.   Companies such as Coast Cabins are actually erecting model homes and cabins on site for show visitors to stroll through at the Show – complete with custom landscaping!

Others such as Aqua Quip are preparing a full display of outdoor living and recreation ideas, including outdoor fire pits, wood burning fireplace inserts and a ceramic grill and burner called The Green Egg. This classic grill (which looks just like what its name indicates – a big green egg) has been experiencing a recent resurgence in popularity, and show goers will have the chance to see it close up, as well as other of the latest trends, products and services for the home.
