Mark your calendars: the Seattle Home & Garden Show is chock full of ideas and scores of experts as you plan home and garden improvements in 2026!




The Seattle Home & Garden Show, presented by SkyDADU, returns to Lumen Field Event Center February 19-22 with hundreds of exhibitors and experts sharing fresh ideas about housing options, home decor, design and remodeling, D.I.Y. resources, urban farm and garden offerings, pet-friendly attractions and much more. The show runs Thursday, February 19 through Sunday, February 22. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The region’s largest combined home and garden consumer show features a big line-up of attractions including celebrity antiques appraiser Dr. Lori, gardening guru Ciscoe Morris; the “Shop & Adopt Dog Corral”; the “Yard to Table” area with products and services for the garden, cutting edge 3D printing for the building industry and more than 40 free seminars presented by H&R Block, to name a few.

One of the fastest growing housing segments, DADU’s (Detached Accessory Dwelling Units), often called backyard cottages, are a major focus of this year’s show with SkyDADU, a leading resource for DADU design, construction and financing, plus four “tiny home”/ADU models on display by top regional builders.

Always informative and entertaining, Dr. Lori hosts her “Antiques Appraisal Comedy Show” at Stage Two on Friday, Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21 at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. each day. Free with admission to the show, it’s an opportunity to have items identified and valued while learning about objects attendees bring to the show.

Showgoers wishing to have their items appraised should arrive approximately 15 minutes beforehand and sit in the front row at the stage. No pre-registration is required, and the free appraisals are on a first-come, first-served basis (limited). She can also make appraisals from photographs of oversized items.

Award-Winning TV Personality and Ph.d Antiques Appraiser Dr. Lori to Appear on Opening Weekend of the Seattle Home & Garden Show

Have you ever wanted to know if you have trash or treasure?  Now is your chance to find out, as TV personality and Ph.D antiques appraiser Dr. Lori will be conducting free appraisals of show goers art, family heirlooms and garage sale finds today, Sunday February 26 at Lumen Field Event Center.

Each appearance at 1pm and 3pm will include informative talks with insights into the world of collecting, followed by appraisals of items brought in by the audience, who can bring in one item per each of her shows.

Star antiques appraiser on the History channel’s The Curse of Oak Island and Pawn Stars, Discovery channel’s Auction Kings who also appears on FOX Business Network’s Strange Inheritance, Dr. Lori is one of the busiest appraisers today.  She reviews approximately 20,000 items a year at more than 150 events every year and conducts home appraisal visits as well. In addition, she is an internationally syndicated columnist and an author with 30 books to her credit.

The doors have opened for the 2023 Seattle Home & Garden Show.  Everyone is welcomed to visit Lumen Field Event Center for the next 9 days to see all the latest for the home and garden. 

Tiny homes will be big, energy savings will be hot and ideas for multigenerational living will be in abundance.  A tiny home display featuring the latest designs in backyard cottages, a full offgrid solar power system that can power your home year round and solutions for keeping your home comfortable during weather extremes are just some of the products and services on display at this year’s show.

Have you been wondering what that family heirloom or garage sale find is really worth?  You can find out for certain here at the Seattle Home Show from Dr. Lori, Ph.D. art and antiques appraiser from the History channel, who is providing free on the spot appraisals to show visitors both today and tomorrow, appearing at noon and 3pm each day.

Only one item per person per each appearance by Dr. Lori, but show visitors can come to see Dr. Lori multiple times.

Dr. Lori also gave the public a sneak preview of her amazing appraisal skills this morning with Q13’s Ellen Tailor.

The Seattle Home Show Day One Setup

Exhibitors have already begun their fast-paced setup for the upcoming Seattle Home Show which opens this Saturday, February 15th and runs until February 23rd at CenturyLink Field Event Center.

Everything from free art and antiques appraisals to a special “Kids Zone” with activities just for children will be at the nation’s largest housing extravaganza, along with all the latest products and services for the home, during its annual nine-day run.

There will be so much to see and we will continue to post updates from the show floor throughout the coming weeks.

See the Latest in Home Design and More at Seattle Home Show 2

From gaming to gardening and everything in between, Northwesterners can see all the latest for the home today and tomorrow at the 21s t annual fall version of the oldest and largest consumer home show in the nation, Seattle Home Show 2 which is presented by Kitchen Plus.

Many exciting things are taking place over the next two days here at CenturyLink Field Event center, including “The People’s Choice” award for the best in interior design, where the public has the chance to see and vote for their favorite design created by members of the Northern Pacific Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) community; free art and antiques appraisals by star appraiser Dr. Lori of History Channel's "The Curse of Oak Island," Discovery Channel's "Auction Kings" and Fox Business Network's "Strange Inheritance;” and Lanfest, a two-day “Bring Your Own Computer” (BYOC) gaming event for gamers of all ages to raise money for charity.

Fall into Focus this October 12th-13th

It’s time to “Fall into Focus” with all things for the home when Seattle Home Show 2, the fall version of the nation’s oldest and largest consumer home show in the nation, opens its doors at CenturyLink Field Event Center for its 21stannual run. 

Many exciting features are planned, from an Outdoor Living, Wine & Beer Garden accompanied by live music, created by Malone’s Landscape, to free art and antiques appraisals by star appraiser Dr. Lori.

Seattle Home Show on Q13, New Day Northwest

The Seattle Home Show made the news again today!  Q13’s Ellen Tailor broadcast live from the show floor this morning, interviewing star appraiser Dr. Lori, who is here at the show today giving free appraisals to show visitors, and taking a tour of exhibits such as Carriage Houses Northwest and Builder’s Hardware & Supply.  Dr. Lori was also a featured guest on New Day Northwest where she shared more insights into the world of collecting with host Margaret Larson.

Seattle Home Show Makes the KING 5 Weekend News

If you were tuned in to the KING 5 Weekend News this morning, you would have seen two special guests there from the Seattle Home Show: show exhibitor Luwa Luxury Products and star appraiser Dr. Lori, who is appearing at the Seattle Home Show today and tomorrow. Luwa demonstrated to anchor Amity Addrisi  its new “smart” induction burner, complete with its own set of smart pans and a recipe app, while Dr. Lori shared with Amity some of her insights into the world of collecting.

A Visit from KING 5



There was a very special guest here this morning – KING 5 news!  The station broadcast live from CenturyLink Field Event Center throughout the morning, sharing with viewers some of the “hot” things here.  Included were tips on fall and winter landscaping with Malone’s Landscape, how to transform your home’s interior using barn doors from Born in a Barn and tips on collecting with star appraiser Dr. Lori.

A Visit from Q13

Making a return appearance at the 2018 Seattle Home Show 2 will be the ever-popular Dr. Lori, star expert on History Channel’s “The Curse of Oak Island.”  Dr. Lori will demonstrate to show visitors her amazing skills at appraising art, antiques and collectibles of all types. Dr. Lori will be appearing at Seattle Home Show 2 twice daily, every day of the show. Show visitors are invited to bring in their trinkets and treasures for Dr. Lori to appraise, free of charge with admission.  One item per person per appearance.
