This is How it Begins...

It all starts with an empty CenturyLink Field Event Center when the doors open for exhibitors on the first day of set-up for the Seattle Home Show.  There is only one week to move-in, build, set-up and prepare for the opening day this Saturday, February 20th and 10am.  Check out the Seattle Home Show website for show times, schedule of events and buy tickets for the Northwest's largest consumer home show!

Chef Josh Green from Salty's at Redondo Beach will be here at noon today to show you how to shuck and serve oysters then will amaze you with his pan-fried oyster dish.  Make your way down to the Ferguson Cooking Stage and get a front row seat!

Executive Chef Paolo Carey DiGregorio from Salty's on Alki Beach will be preparing his delicious local blue hubbard squash bisque today at 4pm here at Seattle Home Show 2.  With truffled creme fraiche and chive oil, this sounds like a work of art that you won't want to miss!

We are lucky enough to have icon Grill's famous and unique take on American comfort food right here at Seattle Home Show 2!  At noon today at the Ferguson Cooking Stage will be Chef Nick Musser showing us his remarkable skills as he prepares his Firecracker Chicken Bites.
