Roman McConn of Project Freedom Ride, along with his four-legged friend “Winnie,” made quite an impression yesterday while visiting with the folks at FOX13’s “Studio 13 Live” and WARM106.9.
Roman, who founded his non-profit organization with his parents when he was just 5-years-old, joined Studio 13 Live’s Carly Henderson and guest host Ian Furness in-studio, sharing his mission of “giving every dog more than a life in a kennel.” Roman, along with several dogs available for adoption, will be on hand at one of the show’s newest attractions – the Shop and Adopt Dog Corral. Homeowners can also learn more about pet-friendly floor coverings from Carpet Liquidators, Invisible Fence Brand’s products and services and Wet Noses Natural Treat Company’s “human grade” food and treats.
Roman also paid a visit to WARM 106.9 where he was interviewed by popular host Seth In the Morning, appearing this Saturday at his station’s booth in the Shop and Adopt Dog Corral. Don’t forget: Saturday is “Bring Your Dog Day” at the show and you can pose for selfies with your furry companion at the WARM 106.9 booth!
